Home Finders - Earn Extra Cash by Sending Us Leads!

This is a general way for ANYONE to make money.  We are constantly looking for homes to purchase and if we buy the house, we'll pay you at least $200 for the lead!  We are looking for houses that are:

• Vacant - Boarded up, overgrown, or any that you know of that have been empty for awhile (just make sure no one lives there). This does NOT include vacant homes with Real Estate Agency signs.
• For Sale By Owner (FSBO) - Homes listed for sale WITHOUT a real estate agent.  Make sure it's 'By Owner' or 'FSBO.'
• For Rent By Owner (FRBO) - Similar to above.  Homes listed for rent WITHOUT a real estate agent.  There are lots of these out there.
• Investment Homes - Hey.... investors!! Ever have a home that doesn't have a lot of equity in it, but the owners are motivated to sell?  Found a great house, but don't know how to close it because you don't have the financing or you are not sure how to do the paperwork?  We buy homes like this all the time and would love to show you how we do it and pay you in the meantime.  This will give you experience AND cash in your pocket!

How It Works:  Call or e-mail us with information about the home.  We'll contact the owner.  If we are able to purchase the home, we'll pay you AT LEAST $200 and as much as $2000.

Please Note: We are primarily looking for properties in Maryland, Virginia, and DC.  If you have leads in other areas, let us know and we'll pass them along to other investors in those areas.

Home Presenter

We need someone to present homes we have available (we will train).  MUST be a person who is ALWAYS "on time" (do NOT bother calling if you are a person who occasionally shows up late to events).  Must have a cellular telephone.

• Pay: $30/showing(or more for full Open House)
• Work Hours:  Showing times vary.  Mostly weekday evenings - sometimes on weekends.  Approximate show time: less than 1 hour.
• Perfect For:
• Stay at home moms that want to make a little extra money.
• Students who want to earn some extra money.
• People who are interested in the lease purchase program themselves and want to fully understand the concept and make some extra money.
• Real estate investors who are interested in selling their own homes via lease purchase.
